We had Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning clean our carpets at our home we were selling as well as the new house we bought. In both cases they did an outstanding job of making the carpets look brand new. The owner, Mike Summers, personally came to our homes and explained what cleaning process would be used, the length of time the job would take and the costs involved.
